On October 4, 2017, I received two thank you notes from clients that I had helped with Medicare related matters.
One was from a senior citizen in Portage. She thanked me for helping her with her Medicare related medical bill problem. She told me that so many of her friends are having Medicare related medical bill problems, too. But, they are afraid to change insurance companies for fear of losing all coverage.
It is often possible for a senior citizen to change insurance agents without changing insurance companies. Legally, I am unable to help people with medical bill problems unless our agency is their agency. Then, I can investigate the bill problem and work towards a resolution.
The other note of thanks was from the daughter of a senior citizen in Kouts, Indiana. She thanked me for working with her to help her mother fix both a medical bill and medical premiums problem. As a result of my work, her mother received a refund check of $6,220.24.
All the help that I gave these clients was FREE OF CHARGE. The owners, managers, agents, and staff of this insurance agency really do care about our clients. We have a reputation for “going the extra mile” for our senior citizen clients. If your agency does not give this high level of service to senior citizen clients, maybe you should switch to and insurance agency that does.
